We’ve all heard of some strange ideas in our time, and garlic in milk certainly makes it to the top of that pile. It’s reported all over the internet to have multiple health benefits, including reducing inflammation in joints with arthritis when drinking daily.
We thought it would be wrong not to share! If you’re brave enough to try this cocktail, then we’d love to hear how you got on in the comments section. We’ll be trying this ourselves and will update in a couple of weeks. Drink at your pleasure…
Garlic in milk ingredients:
- 500 millilitres of milk
- ten cloves of peeled and minced garlic
- two or three teaspoons of sugar
- 250 millilitres of water
Take a pot and pour the water and the milk into it. Then, add the garlic and put the pot on heat. Wait until the mixture starts boiling. Keep the heat on medium; do not stop stirring, all until the mixture evaporates to one-half of the amount you started with. Strain and add the sugar to the mixture. This drink is the best when served hot. Enjoy!
